Araslar Law Office was founded by Metin Aras Esq., Retired Istanbul Public Prosecutor, and Ümmühan Aras, Retired President Judge of the Istanbul Commercial Court of First Instance, in 2004. 

We have achieved to take part among the successful and banner-bearing companies in the sector since the day of our incorporation by combining thirty years of legal knowledge and experience with dynamism and youth.

 We have been providing the services of law and legal consultancy to companies, banks, hospitals, and universities operating in many fields, particularly the food, construction, tourism, textiles, and mine sectors since the day of our incorporation.

We are providing nearly one thousand clients with legal support through our select staff registered in the Bar of Istanbul, in a vast geography beyond the borders of Turkey.

We have set off on our journey through the principles of confidence, privacy, and mutual respect, and continue on our way in a success-oriented manner at all times and by being renovated in line with the changing conditions of time.
