  • Lawsuits filed on all labor claims such as the claims arising from severance and notice pay, annual leave, overtime, work on public holidays, minimum living allowance, and work on religious and public holidays
  • Detection cases of the rate of disability of a work accident or an occupational disease, claim for compensation for loss of support and claim for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages filed in accordance with these cases
